Ruri - Langhe Nebbiolo
Ruri is the Langhe Nebbiolo made from the fruit growing in the lower portions of the Ginestra side.The grapes are destemmed and delicately crushed in order to achieve a controlled fermentation with 20% whole berry lasting 16 days. The elevage in tonneaux (Troncais and Bertranges) for 8 months, followed by 12 months spent in Slavonian oak Barrels (Garbellotto, 3.200 lt) enhances the complexity of the wine.
Ruri is fresh, silky and pefectly balanced, characterised by tannins that are almost creamy and an intense color, a true expression of elegance
