
Barolo del Comune di La Morra - Ca´d´Nalin
The fruit for the Barolo Ca’ d’ Nalin comes from the south-facing vineyard in Bricco Chiesa the east-facing Roggeri. The grapes are destemmed with focus on quality of cluster separation and selection with a 15% whole berries in fermentation vats. Fermentation for 30 days, racking and aging in Tonneaux and Slavonian oak Barrels (3.200 lt) for 26 months
The Barolo Ca´d´Nalin is elegant, the palate ripe with blackcurrant, strawberry and exotic spices, complemented by exotic notes of coffee. The wine has an agile body, with crunchy, lively, well integrated tannins
